Vortech™ Combitank GRP twin packaged pump stations are designed specifically for today’s fast-track building methods, delivering fully fabricated pump stations that are cost effective and easy to install.

WRC approved and complying with BS EN752-6 for Pump Stations and Sewers for Adoption 6th edition, our pump stations combine highly engineered GRP tanks, manufactured to BS4994, with single, twin or even triple pumps and a wide range of impellers, or the option to incorporate your own pump type, delivering the exact requirements for each specific application.  Available in vertical or horizontal formats, our GRP tanks can be buried to 10 metres or more and cut for manholes and pipework without undue loss of strength; special resins can be used to enhance resistance to corrosive chemicals and effluent fluids. 

We offer a range of efficient aeration systems and compact submersible mixers for solids suspension, liquid blending and de-stratification.   With unlimited freedom of positioning and orientation, our submersible mixers ensure efficient mixing of the entire volume at remarkably low power consumption.  And for applications with maximum discharge consent, you can reduce storage requirements by installing a Broadway Steady Flow Controller to pump at your full consent flow regardless of liquid levels in the tank.
